If I could give it zero stars I would.The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a comfortable workhorse that offers a splash of G-wagen capability. if they won't take care of a repeat commercial customer who are they going to take care of? Bad vehicle, BAD COMPANY! Say away.
Avoid this piece-o like the plague and avoid Mercedes as well. There are no loaners, no compensation no nothing for having our $70,000 vehicle spend half it's life in 'Mercedes Jail". I've appled to have the van bought back under our state lemon law and been rejected each time with no explanation. Even pre covid it was the same thing so that's not the issue. This is the 3rd time for the same issue and each time it has taken at least 2 months to get … repaired because, apparently, they have so many issues with this problem they can't keep up. They won't even allow us to take the van as it is an emmissions problem. It has been there for 2 months and I just heard it will be at least another 6 months before Mercedes can manufacture the part. This poor excuse for a vehicle is, once again, in the Mercedes dealer shop for a bad EGR valve.
